Join Our Team as a Maintenance Technician I/Grounds

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician I/Grounds to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co. As a key member of our resort operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the exceptional guest experience at our vacation club resort locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests with check-in and unloading process, providing a warm welcome to our resort
  • Perform basic janitorial work to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the grounds and common areas
  • Maintain building exteriors and common areas, including the pool and spa, to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests
  • Perform basic landscaping tasks to maintain the resort's outdoor spaces
  • Assist with traffic duties, including directing guests to parking areas and managing traffic flow
  • Perform security duties, including monitoring resort areas and responding to incidents
  • Work as a waterslide attendant, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience may be accepted in lieu of education
  • Six months of maintenance experience preferred
  • Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions
  • Attention to detail and strong organizing skills
  • Professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude
  • CPO Certification may be required
