Election Officer

Rockdale County, Georgia is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Elections Clerk II to assist with the administration of elections.

• Assist with opening polling places and verifying voting equipment.
• Prepare voting materials and assist with checking in voters.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Work collaboratively with other election officials to ensure a smooth voting process.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Precinct Manager.

• Ability to fluently speak, read, and write English.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use a tablet or computer.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
