Key Responsibilities
  • Provide pharmaceutical care to customers, including processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders
  • Counsel customers regarding health care and prescription medication needs
  • Maintain confidential information and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Administer immunizations and other programs developed by Walmart
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree
  • Pharmacy license
  • Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program

At Walmart, we offer a competitive salary range of $98,000.00-$172,000.00, as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits. Our benefits package includes medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance. We also offer paid time off, parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, and voting leave.

Additionally, you will receive PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes. The amount you receive depends on your job classification and length of employment.
