Job Summary

Siteworks Facility Maintenance, LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for performing timely and accurate billing, reviewing and generating vendor invoices, and ensuring all client documentation is up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage client invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Collaborate with the operations team to resolve issues and site inquiries promptly
  • Assist the finance department with accounts receivable and payable as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • 2+ years of previous billing experience required
  • Associates Degree in Accounting or related field
  • Experience with sales tax a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
