Medical Director for Outpatient Psychiatric Services in Central Illinois

At OSF HealthCare, we are seeking a board-certified/eligible psychiatrist to join our established outpatient psychiatric practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals who share your passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
About the OpportunityThis position offers a flexible schedule, no call responsibilities, and a comprehensive compensation package that includes a competitive base salary + incentives, signing bonus, and concierge relocation services. Our Epic EMR system ensures seamless workflow and efficient documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based care
- Maintenance of accurate medical records and adherence to regulatory standards
To be considered for this role, you must possess a physician license in the current state, board certification or eligibility in psychiatry, and eligibility for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs. Additionally, you should meet the qualifications for professional malpractice coverage through OSF's programs.
