Partners For Quality is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with behavioral health challenges and intellectual & developmental disabilities in Western Pennsylvania. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Rehabilitation Manager to lead our social rehabilitation program.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the program, ensuring its effective management and efficient operation. This critical role plays a vital part in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the program, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Oversight: Ensure the program operates effectively and efficiently, meeting the unique needs of each individual.
  • Staff Supervision: Oversee and manage behavioral health therapists providing rehabilitation services, including monthly supervision, staff meetings, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain a safe environment, including regular site inspections, reporting maintenance needs, and ensuring completion of safety issues.
Benefits and Compensation:
  • A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year based on location and experience.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in behavioral health, therapeutic recreation, recreational therapy, or a related field.
  • Five years of related experience in the field, including two years of supervisory experience.
  • Experience with therapeutic curriculum development and facilitation for group therapy with diverse abilities.
  • Act 33 and Act 34 clearance and FBI background check (if applicable).
  • Valid PA Driver's License.
