We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Researcher to join our User Experience team at US Tech Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting quantitative user studies, analyzing data, and providing insights to inform design decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct quantitative user studies, including in-lab usability and human factors research
- Administer questionnaires and surveys, and analyze data to inform design decisions
- Develop and maintain databases to store and analyze user data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and UX, to ensure data-driven design decisions
- Communicate research findings and insights to diverse audiences through written and oral presentations
- Fluency in a programming language commonly used for data manipulation and computational statistics (such as Python, R, MATLAB, C++, Java, or Go)
- Strong knowledge of experimental design and statistical analysis
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL and data visualization
- Ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects and adapt flexibly to changing schedules and project requirements
- M.A/M.S./Ph.D. (completed) in Human Factors, Social Sciences, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, Cognitive Psychology, Product Design, or another field
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, including Tableau or Power BI
