Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Welder with expertise in both Mig and Tig welding to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fabricating both large and small components, demonstrating proficiency in welding techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform welding tasks using Mig and Tig methods.
- Conduct weld tests to ensure quality standards are met.
- Utilize pneumatic and electric hand tools for surface preparation and deburring.
- Fabricate mechanical parts according to specifications.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fabrication setting.
- Ability to grind metal and follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
- Capable of reading a tape measure and marking locations with precision (within 1/16 inch).

Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of welding processes with formal training in GMAW and an understanding of FCAW.
- Familiarity with basic weld symbols and blueprint reading.

Position Requirements:
- Qualified in flat (1F and 1G) and horizontal (2F and 2G) welding positions.
