About the Role:

The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards. This includes inspecting the work of team members, training and coaching staff, and monitoring progress to ensure that all standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule work to be done daily and monitor progress to ensure that all tasks are completed on time
  • Inspect completed rooms to ensure that all standards have been met
  • Train and coach staff to improve their skills and performance
  • Coordinate work orders and follow up to ensure that tasks are completed

Requirements:

  • Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English
  • Ability to communicate professionally and accurately via telephone
  • High school education or equivalent experience
