Electronics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Specialist to join our team at Ardagh Metal Packaging. As an Electronics Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic systems and equipment in our manufacturing facilities.

• Install, maintain, and repair electronic systems and equipment, including PLC programs, VFDs, and other automation controls.
• Identify and troubleshoot electrical and electronic problems, and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth operation of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues and production teams on electrical and electronic systems and equipment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in electrical or electronics engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in manufacturing industry electrical maintenance or related field.
• Proficiency in programming, troubleshooting, and repairing PLCs and VFDs.
• Knowledge of electrical and electronic theory, principles, and codes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
