ProVal Technologies is a dynamic consulting firm that specializes in Managed IT Service providers. Our team helps MSPs navigate and manage their technology products to support end customers. We leverage best practices and efficiencies across tools and technologies, making MSPs more efficient and profitable.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Professional to support our team in driving sales growth and expanding our client base. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience across a variety of sales activities. The successful candidate will work closely with our Partner Success Team to assist in cold calling, managing email outreach, generating leads, coordinating client meetings, and handling administrative tasks to support sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Research:
    • Conduct market research to identify potential prospects and compile contact lists.
    • Support lead generation activities, including cold emailing and LinkedIn outreach.
    • Qualify leads based on pre-set criteria and pass them to the sales team for follow-up.
  • Sales Support:
    • Assist with updating CRM systems, ensuring all lead information is accurate and up-to-date.
    • Make outbound calls to introduce ProVal Technologies, understand prospects' needs, and assess their fit as clients.
    • Articulate the benefits of partnering with ProVal and schedule appointments for our sales team.
    • Craft compelling email messages to engage leads and nurture relationships.
    • Prepare sales collateral and materials for client presentations.
  • Event Coordination:
    • Assist in coordinating company participation in trade shows and events.
    • Track event details and ensure all necessary assets are prepared and delivered.
    • Support post-event follow-up and lead tracking.
  • General Administrative Support:
    • Assist with scheduling and coordinating team meetings.
    • Organize and maintain marketing and sales documents.
    • Provide general administrative support to the marketing and sales teams as needed.

Salary Range: $40,000-$50,000 (OTE)
