Cadence Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager II to lead our customer-focused sales and service process. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and productivity while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Lead a team of sales and service professionals to achieve assigned targets and goals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
• Coach and develop team members to improve their sales, service, and operations skills.
• Manage and grow the deposit balance sheet of the branch office.
• Lead consumer and commercial lending efforts, including originating loans and overseeing portfolio management.
• Participate in business appointments with customers, prospects, and community leaders.
• Supervise associates and implement sales and promotional programs.
• Engage in community development activities to promote the Bank's presence.

• 2+ years of demonstrated outside sales experience in financial services, retail, or business services.
• 1+ year of management or leadership experience in a high-performance sales and service environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding activity and goal expectations in a consultative sales environment.
• Demonstrated business development experience, preferably in financial services.
