Nurse Director

Montefiore Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director to lead our Operating Room PACU team. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for directing the daily activities of the designated clinical function to ensure the achievement of business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient operations.
- Manage staff and budget to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with Clinical DON and Nursing Executive Leadership Staff to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate the scope of practice for nursing service staff, nursing professional practice standards, and patient care outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with Montefiore Health System and Regulatory Agencies standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing - Required
- Masters Degree in Nursing or other Master Degree related to health - Preferred
- NY RN License
- OR experience required
- 3+ years managerial experience
- 5+ years clinical experience
