About This Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented optical support specialist to join our team at Vision Boutique. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced optometrists and staff to provide exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Aiding patients with frame selection and lens options
- Verifying patient insurances and managing front desk duties
- Preparing examination and treatment rooms
- Developing and maintaining accurate patient records
- Performing pre-testing and documenting patient information
- Conducting special medical tests as required
- Administering diagnostic eye drops as prescribed by our optometrists
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring patient satisfaction
- Training patients on contact lenses and other eyewear-related topics
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have prior experience in the optical industry, specifically in frame styling, sales, and vision insurance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
