TransForce Inc. is seeking experienced CDL-A dedicated team truck drivers to join our team. As a dedicated team truck driver, you will be part of a two-person team that operates together to transport goods across the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive a team of two, operating a tractor-trailer combination to transport goods from one location to another
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods, adhering to strict schedules and deadlines
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, other drivers, and customers to ensure smooth operations
  • Meet and exceed customer service expectations

Requirements

  • Valid CDL-A license
  • At least 6 months of over-the-road experience
  • No more than 2 preventable accidents in the past 3 years
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
