Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Doctorate of Audiology Externship. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of audiology and work under the direct supervision of a licensed audiologist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations of hearing and balance problems
  • Provide prevention, habilitation, and rehabilitation services for auditory and balance disorders
  • Conduct research related to hearing and balance related disorders
  • Fits, programs, and dispenses hearing aids
  • Participates in cochlear implant assessments
  • Conducts electrophysiologic evaluations of the vestibular and auditory mechanisms
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Completion of three (3) years in a doctoral level audiology program or two (2) years in an accelerated doctoral level audiology program required
  • Temporary Audiologist License (California) required at hire
