Your role will involve the maintenance and repair of equipment in the field. You will play a vital part in supporting our growth strategy as a leader in the oil-free air rental market.

As a Field Service Technician, you will report directly to the Customer Service Manager and will be tasked with the following responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the equipment fleet in the field
  • Repairing malfunctioning equipment both in the field and at customer locations
  • Conducting preventative maintenance on equipment throughout the designated territory
  • Developing and optimizing efficient processes and routines
  • Enhancing measurable success towards business objectives
  • Documenting all work performed daily using company-provided tools and software

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Significant experience as a field service technician in an industrial setting
  • A relevant Electromechanical degree or equivalent training
  • Proven expertise in the maintenance, overhaul, and repair of various industrial equipment, including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Proficiency in English, with knowledge of an additional language being advantageous
  • High energy levels and a proactive attitude
  • The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in industrial environments, including exposure to extreme temperatures, while performing tasks such as walking, standing, reaching, bending, and kneeling

Job Location

As a Field Service Technician, you will be primarily based in a designated location and will travel to customer sites within the region. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for flexibility in your daily schedule.
