Position Overview: RN - Orthopedic Spine PRN Rotating
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering direct patient care, which encompasses assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for assigned patients. The RN works collaboratively with various healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and to achieve favorable patient outcomes.
Qualifications for the RN - Orthopedic Spine PRN Rotating Role:
Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to:
1. Execute all essential responsibilities effectively.
2. Deliver care through the nursing process.
3. Communicate proficiently with patients and team members.
The qualifications outlined below represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for this role. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), it is possible that requirements may be adjusted to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities. However, no accommodations will be made that could pose significant health or safety risks to the employee or others, or that would create undue hardship for the organization.
Licensure and Certification Requirements: A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state of residence is mandatory. If you hold an RN license from another Compact state, you must apply for and obtain a Multi-State RN License from your state of residence within 30 days. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
Experience and Additional Certification: Each candidate's prior clinical experience will be assessed to determine suitability for the role.
