Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced RN to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident. Your expertise and compassion will make a significant impact on the lives of our residents and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate the health status of residents, identifying and addressing any health concerns or issues.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families on health-related topics and disease management.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Wisconsin.
  • Active CPR certification.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations.
  • Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals.
  • Ability to relate well to all individuals.
  • Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions.
