Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can prepare products for the cooking stations, maintain accurate product temperatures, and ensure a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong math skills, be able to use a digital scale and thermometer, and lift up to 50 pounds with assistance. They should also be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing ingredients according to menu specifications
  • Maintaining accuracy of product temperatures
  • Ensuring a clean and sanitary work environment
  • Performing all food procedures correctly
