Panels Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled Panels Fabricator to join our manufacturing team at Plascore. As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for performing operations such as drilling, routing, and assembly of components. This is a full-time position on 1st shift (6:30a - 2:30p, Monday - Friday).

• Perform fabricating/finish work on components, assemblies, and product including routing, drilling, installing inserts, and installing fasteners.
• Clean product to be packaged.
• Load skids and protect product.
• Crate finished goods.
• Fill out shipment info forms.
• Fill out and attach shipping labels.
• Completes necessary paperwork and enters data into the electronic data system.
• Fill out NCMR's.
• Assist other departments as necessary.
• Read work orders, review drawings, follow instructions.
• Frequently asks production area if they need help.
• Provide the customer with the best value including Cost, Quality, and Delivery.
• Participate in improving our product, processes, equipment, and methods.
• Handle internal and external questions in a prompt professional manner.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Continually looks for ways to improve job efficiency and performance.
• Performs all reasonably related duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Must be eligible to work on programs subject to ITAR Regulations. Therefore, candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or a U.S. Permanent Resident ('Green Card').

• $1,200 Sign-On Bonus - Paid in monthly increments.
