Position Summary

The Hydraulic Hose Technician plays a crucial role in our operations, focusing on the identification and assembly of hydraulic hoses and fittings. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work with various tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
  • Identify appropriate hoses and fittings for assembly.
  • Utilize measuring instruments such as calipers and thread gauges.
  • Employ hand, air, and power tools for assembly tasks.
  • Input customer orders into the computer system accurately.
  • Assemble hydraulic and industrial hoses and fittings with precision.
Qualifications
  • Experience with hand tools is preferred.
  • Background in hydraulic hose shops or industrial distribution is advantageous; however, training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Effective communication abilities.
