Ottimo Ceramics Inc is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in assisting Senior Sales Managers in calling on existing and new customers to increase sales and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Senior Sales Managers in developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and retention.
- Travel throughout assigned territory to meet with customers and promote our products.
- Work independently and collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals.
- Set up and maintain client displays and merchandising samples to showcase our products.
- Assist with the setup of sales, promotions, and meetings with customers to drive sales growth.
- Provide regular sales activity and results reports to Senior Sales Managers to ensure alignment with sales goals.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and tile and stone characteristics to provide expert advice to customers.
- Develop and maintain strong communication and follow-up skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Compete effectively in the market to drive sales growth and increase market share.
- Ensure the company vehicle is clean and well-maintained at all times.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Daily driving hours and ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
- Professional skills in phone, email, and computer usage.
- Polished appearance and strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 75 lbs regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Capable of working in a physically demanding environment.
- Good physical stamina and strength.
