As a CNC Programmer, you will play a vital role in producing high-quality components for our demanding clientele. You will be responsible for programming and operating 3-axis and 4-axis CNC machines, ensuring precise and efficient production processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement 3-axis and 4-axis CNC programs using Solidworks and Mastercam software.
  • Create detailed bend layouts and documentation for various metal components.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of GD&T principles to ensure dimensional accuracy.
  • Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize machining processes and resolve technical challenges.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to ISO standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a CNC Programmer in an aerospace or similar manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in Solidworks and Mastercam software for CAD/CAM programming.
  • In-depth knowledge of 3-axis and 4-axis CNC machining operations.
  • Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles.
