Production Scaler

Dessert Holdings Inc. is seeking a skilled Production Scaler to join our team at Dianne's Fine Desserts in Le Center, MN.

• Weighing ingredients according to formulas and work lists
• Operating scaling and preparation equipment
• Adjusting depositors
• Completing paperwork, including weight sheets and excessive waste forms
• Ensuring accurate weights are deposited
• Working on the production line as needed
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary work area
• Providing backup support to the Production Team Lead

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED), or equivalent experience
• Basic computer knowledge
• English preferred, bilingual a plus
• Comprehension of simple math
• Ability to stand for 10 hours a day
