Role Overview

We're seeking a driven Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our property acquisition process, you'll play a crucial role in securing purchase contracts and driving business success. Responsibilities
  • Prominent Lead Response: Promptly engage with incoming leads, assessing their motivation and potential to secure purchase contracts.
  • Seller Engagement: Conduct in-person or phone meetings with potential sellers to build relationships, identify opportunities, and finalize purchase agreements.
  • Lead Nurturing: Develop strong connections with existing leads, nurturing them until they're ready to make a transaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Disposition Manager to prepare resale contracts, manage price adjustments, and drive revenue growth.
  • Technology Proficiency: Master our CRM tool (Salesforce) and integrate it seamlessly with daily tasks, offer creation, and reporting.
  • In-House Sales Process: Demonstrate expertise in our proprietary sales process to consistently deliver exceptional results.
  • Prospect Identification: Identify and categorize prospects based on motivation levels for targeted follow-up and increased conversion rates.
  • Scripted Acquisitions: Memorize and deliver tailored acquisition scripts with the right tone to secure purchase contracts.
