We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Lash Stylist to join our team at The Lash Lounge. As a Lash Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality lash extension services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide lash extension services, including full sets and refills, to clients
• Conduct consultations with clients to determine their lash needs and preferences
• Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of lash extension techniques and products
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to salon standards

Requirements:

• Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license
• 1+ years of experience as a Lash Technician, preferred
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with clients
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Ability to learn and adapt to new techniques and products

Salary Range: $40,000 - $80,000 per year
