Key Responsibilities- Manage Service Net Planner with PMs campaigns, repairs, and inventory control.
- Partner with Centralized PM Scheduling Operations and Outside RO Management teams to foster collaboration and support customer needs.
- Provide quality customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Oversee inventory productivity, ensuring timely service support and mitigating risk of inventory loss.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering parts according to sourcing procedure, and partnering with Centralized Parts Ordering to ensure timely delivery.
- Receive and store parts in an organized manner, ensuring updates to PartsNet occur timely and frequent inventory cycle counts are completed.
- Manage new and used battery inventory, ensuring tires are available in the right quantity and specifications.
- Process warranty items, shipping, and returns in partnership with the warranty department.
- Perform process analyses and reviews, investigating and recommending solutions to issues posing a risk to profitability.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, degree preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate with the branch team.
- Competent written and verbal communication skills.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service and operations, with a focus on service and parts departments.
- Agile and quick learner, with a willingness to collaborate on projects and continuous education.
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
