We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician Assistant to join our team at Twin Rivers Nursing & Rehabilitation. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform electrical, mechanical, and carpentry repairs and maintain inventory of supplies, parts, and tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams to identify and resolve issues.
- Conduct daily building and equipment checks to ensure optimal performance and record status of equipment.
- Assist in controlling and maintaining inventory by informing the director of usage and low inventory levels.
- Communicate with service contract vendors as required for maintenance, utilities, and other services.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety plans to ensure a safe working environment.
Graduation from high school/GED or equivalent experience is required. A minimum of 1-year experience in two or more building and/or mechanical crafts is required. Valid driver's license required.
