About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Planner - US Intelligence Community to join our team at Orbis Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with operational planning and insights, prioritizing, assessing, evaluating, and reporting information obtained from passive and active collection, network evaluation and analysis, combined with related collateral sources when appropriate to provide synthesized product to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • 7+ years' experience related to job description, 2 of which must have been within the last 5 years.
  • Draft and/or edit for release, finished serialized SIGINT product reports.
  • Ability to author reports based off simple traffic or a limited amount of traffic.
  • Knowledgeable of various technologies and/or topics to identify analytic vectors.
  • Experienced in the principles and methods of exploiting foreign communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze, process, and disseminate SIGINT information in accordance with established requirements and priorities.
  • Experienced in the use of software applications and databases associated with SIGINT report writing and target development.
  • Familiar with more advanced SIGINT reporting policies, e.g., the use of STI, unusual tearlines, Post Publication actions, RFIs, etc.
  • Familiar with SIGINT and collateral report repositories and demonstrates incorporating independent research to enhance reporting.
  • Consult with teammates and clients on the development, prioritization, and implementation of process improvement and program evaluation tasks.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership based on research plans, activities, findings, and recommendations.
  • Brief senior-level customers on research plans, activities, findings, and recommendations.
  • All-source intelligence research, analysis, and report writing/editing.
  • Potential for TDY travel.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree is desired for this position.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in a TAR or TDNA role in the IC.
  • Experience in the East Asian or Eurasian AOR.
  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Requires an active TS/SCI clearance with a Polygraph.
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience as a targeting analyst reporter (TAR), target data network analyst with recent SIGINT experience or other relevant organization(s) in the Intelligence Community.
  • Excellent analytical writing skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent oral presentation and briefing skills.
  • Knowledge of and experience in the fundamentals of SIGINT intelligence analysis.
  • Familiarity with the SIGINT report writing standards.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively follow-through.
  • High degree of personal integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, juggling concurrent tasks and meeting deadlines.
