We are seeking a skilled Lathe Operator to join our team at Neptune Machine Inc. in Brooklyn, NY.
Responsibilities- Operate lathe machines to produce high-precision parts and components
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
- Collaborate with production team to meet quality and productivity standards
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members
- 5+ years of experience in machining and lathe operation
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles and manufacturing processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Competitive salary range: $54,000 - $75,000
