Dishwasher

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the dish machine to ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of dishes, utensils, and equipment.
• Supervise the proper rinse and wash temperatures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety.
• Change water and store and use dish chemicals properly to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Set up and organize the dish racks and remove trash to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
• Exhibit teamwork and communication skills to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
