Maintenance Supervisor

Bluegreen Vacations is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our resort engineering and technical staff, you will assist in managing the planning, organization, and direction of the engineering department.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient and effective maintenance of the resort.
• Maintain high-quality standards and ensure compliance with Bluegreen Vacations SOPs.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to identify and address maintenance needs and opportunities.

• Trade school education or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of maintenance experience and 6 months of leadership or supervisor experience.
• MEP mastery, AC/refrigeration knowledge, and electrical aptitude.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of daily resort operations, budget practices, and problem-solving.
• Valid and clean driver's license record.
