Job Summary

The Motion Picture Association, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Information Security Operations Director to lead our global Content Security initiative and community network. As a trusted partner, you will oversee all operational aspects of the program, including content security operations management, MPA best practices, and quality control.

About Us

We are a global industry-wide media and entertainment content security initiative and community network wholly owned by the Motion Picture Association, Inc. (MPA). Our goal is to build a more secure future for content partners through strategic planning, implementation, and collaboration with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Security Operations Management: Manage TPN+ enhancements, including writing requirements and testing as needed.
  • TPN Ticketing System Support: Provide timely and accurate response to TPN member's day-to-day queries and work with MPA IT to maintain and update the TPN website.
  • MPA Best Practices Maintenance: Maintain the Best Practices and Additional Recommendations final document, ensure updates are made accurately and timely, and manage the Best Practices in the TPN+ platform.
  • Quality Control: QC TPN assessments in the TPN+ platform, provide feedback to Assessors, and verify updates are made sufficiently.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of Information Security or Content Security experience required.
  • 3 years of experience in Operations or Project Management required.
  • Strong process mapping experience and analytical skills required.
  • Ability to work with large information sets and concepts, and draw conclusions and insights required.
  • Jira account management experience required.
