We're seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Geek Squad team as a Technology Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you'll provide exceptional support to customers seeking technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and positive service to customers during the check-in and checkout process
  • Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening, and providing accurate time estimates for next steps
  • Help set up and repair technology devices for customers
  • Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers
  • Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents
Requirements
  • Experience using and learning about consumer electronics
  • Ability to work successfully as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends
