Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant leadership role, preferably with Chipotle Mexican Grill.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
