Server

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team at Applebee's. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Greet guests, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and drinks.
• Interact with guests to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
• Relay orders to the kitchen and service bar via our point-of-sale system.
• Observe and respond to guests' needs and requests.
• Present guest checks and facilitate payment.
• Participate in the clearing and resetting of dining room tables.

Qualification Standards:

• A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds and navigate throughout the restaurant.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires regular navigation throughout the restaurant, moving and grasping items up to five pounds, and occasional lifting and moving up to 25 pounds. You must have adequate vision to discern cleanliness and operate a touchscreen. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
