About this Position

As a Maintenance Technician at Fairfield Residential, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our properties to the highest standards. You will assist with repairs and upkeep to ensure our residents enjoy a comfortable living environment. Your responsibilities will include responding to maintenance requests promptly, preparing units for new residents, and contributing to overall property quality and aesthetic appeal.

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • One year of experience in property management maintenance or related field preferred
  • Skills in English communication, basic computer use, and grounds maintenance
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and on a flexible schedule

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily maintenance tasks as directed
  • Respond to service requests promptly and professionally
  • Assist with apartment make-readies
