Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Golf Camp Counselor to join our team at Arcis Golf. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing new golf instruction and activities, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our campers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging golf instruction and activities for children of various ages and skill levels
• Provide exceptional customer service to campers, parents, and staff
• Ensure the health, wellbeing, and happiness of children participating in the golf camp program
• Recognize and resolve individual or group issues or problems
• Participate in lunch duty responsibilities and maintain a clean and organized facility

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Basic golf knowledge and experience, previous childcare skills, and outstanding customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, drive, and motivation

Work Environment:

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with high numbers of campers in the facility at once. The noise level is usually loud, and the successful candidate must be able to work effectively in this environment.
