About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Bulk Plant Operator to join our team at Axis Education Solutions LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating cementing bulk equipment and the bulk plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Operations: Safely maintain and operate cementing bulk equipment and the bulk plant, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory of products and supplies at the bulk plant, ensuring accurate tracking and ordering.
  • Load Management: Load bulk chemicals for jobs and assist in calculating load out sheets, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Logistics and Coordination: Coordinate the movement of bulk products to and from the facility, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Compliance: Understand and comply with Axis HSE policies, guidelines, and regulations, promoting a safe and environmentally conscious work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Experience: At least one (1) year experience in material handling or cementing operations with an oilfield service company.
  • License and Certification: Active state-issued driver license in good standing.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, work in all weather conditions, and perform tasks that require mobility and physical stamina.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written, in English, and demonstrate strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
