Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to contribute to the success of FOUR ROOTS restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for loading the dishwasher with dirty dishes and unloading clean dishes. You will also perform general cleaning tasks as assigned by the restaurant manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Remove food from plates and utensils
  • Prerinse dishes, glasses, and tableware and load them into the dishwasher
  • Unload dishwasher and put items away in proper areas
  • Sweep and mop floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Monitor levels of detergent and cleaning supplies to ensure optimal performance
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines and regulations
  • Participate in team meetings to stay informed and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Perform other cleaning duties as assigned by the restaurant manager

Qualifications:
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods and bending repeatedly
