Job Opportunity

We are a professional services firm that provides third-party retirement plan administration services for companies that sponsor Employee Stock Ownership (ESOPs) and 401(k) Plans. Our team is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated individual to assist in various activities dealing with ESOPs, basic admin work, and additional tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in ESOP recordkeeping and administration
  • Perform basic administrative tasks
  • Contribute to the team's efforts in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment

Requirements:

  • Senior or Junior year student for the current school year
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Strong initiative and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Major or background in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a similar field
  • Interest in learning benefits administration or retirement plans
  • Enthusiasm to advance professional career and join our team full-time after graduation

We offer a flexible work arrangement with options to work part-time or full-time during standard hours, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. You must be available to work in-person in our Charlottesville office. We are an equal opportunity employer and require authorization to work in the US.
