Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Wellness Instructor - Restorative Care to join our team at Aegis Therapies. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will work closely with patients to develop and implement personalized wellness programs that promote physical and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the therapy team to design and deliver evidence-based wellness programs
  • Provide education and training to patients and caregivers on restorative care techniques
  • Assist patients with ambulation, transfer training, and other restorative care activities
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Requirements:
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Background in exercise and activity training with senior populations (preferred)
