We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomy Specialist to join our team in Nashville, TN. As a Phlebotomy Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our laboratory testing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect blood specimens from patients of all ages using venipuncture and capillary techniques.
- Process and prepare specimens for testing and analysis.
- Enter patient information into our database in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and colleagues alike.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and billing.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency preferred.
- Previous experience as a phlebotomist or in a related field.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record (if applicable).
