Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team to provide high-quality care to our residents.

• Monitor resident care, including diet and physical activity, to ensure optimal health outcomes.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to identify and assess resident conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques and facility policies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement resident care plans.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in nursing in a long-term care environment.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Illinois.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• An estimated salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience.
