We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at HCA Houston Healthcare Tomball. As a key member of our healthcare family, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department.
Responsibilities- Ensure and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift.
- Collaborate with other members of the management team, the CNC directs, and monitors to evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures.
- Serve as a resource person for staff.
- Model a commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (Employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN License within 90 days of hire date).
- Graduated from an accredited school of nursing with an Associates or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
- 1 year experience plus in an acute care hospital setting required.
- Current BCLS certification from the American Heart Association is required.
