Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and follow detailed instructions and established protocols
- Gather all necessary materials and tools to initiate the assembly process
- Perform precise measurements to guarantee the correct fit of components
- Choose or adjust components based on measurements and specifications
- Align materials and assemble parts to create more complex units
- Inspect finished products to ensure the highest quality standards
- Maintain tools and equipment in optimal working condition
- Document production quantities and time effectively
- Report any issues, malfunctions, or defective components
- Demonstrated experience as an assembler
- Technical proficiency and ability to interpret blueprints and schematics
- Skillful in using tools (e.g., clamps) and machinery (e.g., presses)
- Strong understanding of quality control practices
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina
- High school diploma; a higher qualification from a technical institution is preferred
This position is a full-time role with a structured schedule from Monday to Friday. The compensation for this role is competitive, and additional benefits include dental, health, and vision insurance. TA Staffing is committed to providing a diverse and inclusive workplace.
