Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and follow detailed instructions and established protocols
  • Gather all necessary materials and tools to initiate the assembly process
  • Perform precise measurements to guarantee the correct fit of components
  • Choose or adjust components based on measurements and specifications
  • Align materials and assemble parts to create more complex units
  • Inspect finished products to ensure the highest quality standards
  • Maintain tools and equipment in optimal working condition
  • Document production quantities and time effectively
  • Report any issues, malfunctions, or defective components
Required Skills
  • Demonstrated experience as an assembler
  • Technical proficiency and ability to interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Skillful in using tools (e.g., clamps) and machinery (e.g., presses)
  • Strong understanding of quality control practices
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina
  • High school diploma; a higher qualification from a technical institution is preferred
Work Environment
