Job Opportunity

Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) is seeking a skilled Post Partum Registered Nurse for a local contract nursing position in a reputable healthcare facility.

Job Summary

  • Provide high-quality patient care as a Post Partum Registered Nurse in a dynamic healthcare environment.
  • Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
  • Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional patient care, prioritizing individual needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and patient-centered approaches.

Requirements

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a Post Partum setting.
  • Academic degree in nursing (Bachelors or Master's degree) preferred.
