We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN or LPN to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a nurse with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify nursing diagnoses and develop effective care plans.
- Provide high-quality patient care, including enteral feeds, tracheostomy care, and ventilator management.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Document patient progress and care plans accurately and thoroughly.
- Current RN or LPN license in the state of Virginia.
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year of prior nursing experience preferred.
