Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Director of Global Operations to join our team at Diversified Recruitment Services, LLC. This is a pivotal role that requires a strong leader with a proven track record of driving operational strategy and achieving business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Acumen: Analyze financial data and make informed decisions through a financial lens. Develop and implement strategies to drive EBITDA and mitigate risks.
  • Strategy Development: Set the vision and strategy for plant managers, gain alignment, and excel in execution. Integrate newly acquired companies into the business unit to maximize value.
  • General Management: Effectively manage complexity and multiple issues. Control costs and drive business results, balancing short-term and long-term needs.
  • Leadership: Model core values consistently. Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and take informed risks to achieve business objectives. Lead by example with a strong presence and accountability.
  • Innovation: Champion new ideas and motivate key stakeholders to pursue innovation. Share a sense of purpose and passion for new opportunities.
  • Talent Development: Build a highly engaged organization and motivate the team. Hire and develop great talent, drive a performance mindset, and replace underperforming team members.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
  • 10-15 years of related experience in manufacturing and operations management, particularly in continuous operations and capital-intensive operations.
  • Proven history of leading manufacturing operations successfully.
  • Track record of safety dedication and driving/supporting safety improvements.
  • Involvement in supply chain, quality, safety, engineering, planning, and logistics activities.
  • Experience with Lean, Total Productive Maintenance, and/or Six Sigma tools.
  • Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and cost savings.
  • Experience prioritizing capital projects and establishing annual business plans.
  • Skilled in financial analysis of operational performance.
